Lack of stock with poor service

Your website depicts the product availability of the Moroccan Oil products. After phoning many different branches around the western cape and not finding any salon that has, I decided to phone your Head Office. I has advised by customer care that your Somerset West Branch has stock. It was arranged for someone to contact me, which they did and advised me they have stock. The person that phoned never mentioned the name of company etc. I drove last Sunday all the way to Somerset West to find out that the branch in Helderberg Mall is closed down. So I phoned customercare on Monday to express my anger as I don't live 5 minutes away from Somerset West. It was a partner that has the product in Somerset West, which was not expressed to me. Customercare said I could send them an email, where i suggested they deliver a product to a branch closer to me.
