KENILWORTH DREAM NAILS MANAGER ****TY SERVICE WOW

I did my eyelashes for the 2nd time with Dream nails in Kenilworth Centre.. I was late for my appointment the Sat and when I eventually arrived the PATHETIC customer experience I got from the manager was Putrid.. I did my eyelashes with a very Sweet lady and then the Sunday one of the lashes fell out and I went back to redo it and again the Manager spoke **** to me on the phone where is the customer service, no apologies nothing not even empathy nothing.. Then I left and Today the right lash came off again and again I called and the Manager answered and again ****TY customer service... Long pause and no communication as it was just silence. I am so disappointed in the service I have received.. I wont ever go back there again.. ACTUALLY i want my money back and I want a APOLOGY from the OWNER of DREAMNAILS to give me a call and I want some form of gratuity or compensation for the *** service I received..
