Injury/Trauma to 6 mnth baby during ear piercing

Dream Nails Tygervalley advertises a professional ear piercing service but the service I received for my 6 month old baby was unprofessional, negligent and *********. The consultant (Manager Bavnah) who pierced my daughters ears missed the mark by such a significant extent that she had to be pierced again on the same ear. Needless to say this caused my baby unnecessary injury, pain and trauma. Even after seeing my baby's distress, Bavnah refused to acknowledge her mistake or apologize. She showed no empathy and removed herself to a room and refused to speak to me. I then called the owner Maude, who at the time apologized and promised to investigate and get back to me that afternoon. She never called as promised so I messaged her to ask for feedback. She did not respond to my message so I called her. During this conversation she said she needed more time, that she just had a baby and was overwhelmed and that I was blowing the whole thing out of proportion. She again agreed to call me back the following day with feedback, never happened. Bavnah from Dream nails Tygervalley caused significant distress and injury to my baby - any mothers upset in this event is justified!
