Horrible experience at Dream Nails Tableview

Had a horrible experience at Dream Nails Beauty in Tableview Cape Town.

Firstly, the nail technician argued with me insisting that the nails I wanted to soak off were acrylic and not gel as I had stated initially. When she realised it was gel, as I said she insisted that I need to pay more because gel is harder to soak off. This is however not stated anywhere on the website nor was I informed of it when I called to enquire.

Secondly, I had to constantly watch her and inspect my nails as she would say she is done with the soak off while there was clearly product still left on my nails.

Thirdly, she was not respecting my wishes but insisting on applying gel polish on my nails instead of the structured gel like I asked.

When her colleagues finally realized that she did not know what I wanted, they assist ed her. She struggled with the application and had to be directed. As a result I am left with bumpy and untidy nails.

Lastly, I asked for ombre nails but she messed it up till I had to tell her to remove the polish and forget the ombre.

I am saddened because this was my first experience at dream nails and I was looking forward to returning and even bringing my mother. But sadly I would not wish that experience on anyone else.
