Horrible experience

<p>On Wednesday(22 March 2017) I went in to Dream Nails Cresta mall, I found a lady called Fazzile. I told her that I want to bring a friend to the salon. I told her that I will get gelish and my friend will get tips( hands and feet). She said they had a special for R400, a manicure and pedicure combo special.</p> <p>She said we will get everything I asked for in that special. I made a booking for Saturday(25 March 2017). When we got there on Saturday, Fazile was not around and we found two sweet ladies. They assisted us nicely and told us that Fazile sold us dreams. Apparently she always tells people about the combo special but she doesn't tell them that the special doesn't have extras like tips and gelish. So autamtically you will pay for the extras because you already there.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ladies gave me her numbers and I called her. On the phone she told me that we can get everything for R470 but when I give the phone to the ladies she changed her story and said that they should only give us a pedicure only for that price. I left there frustrated and I was not happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned, Fazile uses this combo special to get you to come to the store and when you get there you expected to pay more...</p>
