Horrible experience

Today I went through to Dream nails to get my nails done. Once I arrived there I was welcomed by a friendly lady at reception ,who directed me to a nail artist who refused to assist me with my nails as apparently they were too short for acrylic. I was then directed to another nail artist who aggreeed to assist me.However complained that the salon did not have enough colours to accommodate me, as i have dark skin. So I agreed on a nude look. Before she began with my nails she started speaking French to her colleague, not knowing I can understand French fully and am bilingual. She swore at me in French regarding the state of my nails and said some shocking things about me. Including my personal life through out the session . I literally walked out there in tears and am highly disappointed with the experience.

They was no manager around when I left.

I'll be taking this further as I am shattered right now. I can't believe that they employ such staff who not only gossip about clients but about staff too and their salary. They earn R12000 a month yet are this disgusting. I'm disappointed.
