HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at DREAM NAILS KENILWORTH CENTRE

<p>I made an appointment more than a week ago for eyelash extensions and to my dismay, found out that the consultant was not in after waiting for assistance from the staff for 10 min. Instead of assisting me, all of them were receiving treatments of their own! Instead of doing their job, common courtesy would have been to call me during the morning to let me know that my treatment would have to be rescheduled. I drove all the way from Diep River, wasted my time and petrol. Never in my life have I ever been to a beauty salon where they do not call their customers to confirm or even to let them know that their beauty the******s are not in, instead they are receiving personal treatments while customers are waiting in line! (I was not the only customer waiting.) </p>
