Got the appointment wrong
So I booked a Pedicure for the first time in my life as I hate people looking at my feet let alone touch it. I am 6 months pregnant so reaching is an issue for me but I had to do it. I booked the appointment yesterday afternoon for today at 1:15 as I had to do it during my lunch time. I confirmed with the lady twice over the phone the time and date and she said yes. I got there this afternoon and they booked me for Friday not today. I took time off work for this and due to it being a bad experience from me from before I made the appointment I really thought they would assist. They even told me that they have a new booking system and not everyone knows how to use it. TRAIN THEM THEN!!!!!!
