The service received today was utterly disgusting and the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!

I called for an appointment to have my nails done as well as my mother’s. I was very specific on what we wanted done. I then gave them my cellphone number and arrived early for my appointment. Upon arriving, I was asked in confusion what I called for and what my number was as if I never made an appointment. Once I explained what I wanted, we were seen to... Not even 5 minutes went by, I was then asked for my number yet again.. Not long after, they asked what my mom wanted done, this was now the third time.. I had my 2 year old son with me and everything he done looked like a complete irritation to the lady at reception. She eventually had an issue with him touching the glass window and told me that the glass will fall on him.. How unsafe is your shop that the glass will fall on someone? Clearly there’s an issue with children in their shop because her damn eye***** could not stay off my child, she watched him like a hawk. This woman had the most disgusting attitude, she even spoke with a ****py attitude. Everything asked today was extremely annoying.. I don’t expect to be asked the same thing 300 times, how unprofessional... I was then told to become a loyalty customer, I refused as I will NEVER waste money on their **** service and ****py work! Seems like first time customers are the pits and loyalties are treated with the greater respect..

Also, none of the nail technicians had their own equipment/tools... They were constantly asking each other for colours, lamps, lotion etc and had conversations with each other instead of the clients.

Eventually I stood at the counter to pay. Another client stood infront of me, which the lady at reception saw and yet still attended to the woman regardless.. As if I was standing there for my health. I ignored it.. I just wanted to get out of the worst place I’ve ever been to.. This was meant to be a nice treat for my mom and I, but turned out to be the worst experience. I regret having wasted my time and money.

Not to mention the tripping hazard they created in the mall.. I watched as multiple people nearly tripped over an extension cord they had connected from their shop to a wall socket all the way across the floor, NOT EVEN TAPED DOWN! They had done this because they never had electricity, so they decided to blow wave people’s hair in the middle of the mall... No electricity is no excuse for causing unsafe conditions for others. Most stores had generators, Dream Nails needs to up their **** service!

I was treated like I owed them something... Like they were doing me a huge favour! As for the annoying and most unprofessional woman at reception, she needs to learn how to be discreet with the nail technicians and go for some serious customer service training, cause she has no cooking clue on what the hell shes doing. I wasn’t even interested in talking to her and neither did I bother to ask her name which now I wish I did, just to plaster it all over..

But well done dear, you completely ruined the face of your company..
