Dream Nails Kenilworth Centre

I was a regular client at Dream Nails and Beauty in Kenilworth for years. I had my nails done every week by Chanel. She was amazing. Until one day, when the receptionist, Chantelle embarrassed me so badly saying that my nails are taking too long. I was willing to let the next client have her nails done while I wait but was so disgusted at the service that I walked out in tears and never ever returned. (I paid before I had my nails done).I now want to go back to have my nails done for an event but I am so afraid of being treated in that manner again. It was disgusting to say the least. Does anyone know if Chantelle still works there? If so, i will never return. I spent thousands there but yet was always the topic of gossip. I hope the management staff of Dream Nails can sort out this problem so that I can return. It put me off having my nails done for years as I was always reminded of that experience. Iv never even been back to Kenilworth Centre because of it.
