Dream Nails Cavendish, why so dismissive?

I was graduating and I wanted to make a appointment to get my brows done before my big day. I happen to be in Cavendish and thought instead of calling, I'd take a walk to Dream Nails and make that appointment for the following day. I had been going to the Kenilworth branch for one specific lady but they had recently moved. I walked and went to the receptionist. The most disrespectful and dismissive interaction I have ever faced. I have heard numerous stories about the management at that specific branch, but I did not realise it was that bad. Well, I walked out because why would anyone spend their hard earned money at an establishment that treats you so poorly?
