Dream Nails Beauty Stoneridge- The owner is extremely RUDE and knows nothing about the industry.

There was no Receptionist to take calls and assist clients or take payments. It was only the two the******s. We made an appointment but on arrival my mom had to wait 20mins to start her Soak off and Gel manicure. And her the****** was in between her and another client and taking payment EXTREMELY unprofessional! My the****** cut 8 of my cuticles with the nail file, burnt my nail bed by filing too hard after adding new acrylic she did this numerous times!! She did not shape my nails the way I wanted and painted the gel color 5 times!!! Leaving my nails painful, bleeding and looking like an eagles beak!! My moms gelish broke 2 days ago and my acrylic is lifting!!! This was a waste of money and time!!!! I am in the health and beauty industry since 2006, worked on International cruise ships worldwide so I KNOW what must be done and how!! That place was filthy!!! Tables and chairs were NOT sanitized, if I had to report this to the right people they would be shut down!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!
