Dream Nails Beauty Lakeside Mall

An appointment was made at Dream Nails Beauty Lakeside Mall to have my nails filled and for the previous gelish nail colour removed, I had spoken to Keneilwe Thathane who gave me a price of R260 and said that she would do my nails. While having my nails done Keneilwe Thathane goes on to say that she charged me very little for the amount of buffing she has to do. The conversation that we were having started out simple and harmless and very quickly turned into a racial conversation where she mentioned that Indian people like keeping slaves, I was deeply offended by t his statement and I personally feel that conversations of that nature is not acceptable at a place of work. Keneilwe Thathane went on to buff my nails saying that the gelish colour was app**** on too thick and she could not take all of it off my nail, which I found very strange, so she went on to leave patches of the previous colour on my nails. I left there after paying R260 not feeling satisfied by the service received. The next day one of my nails broke, so I called in again and asked to have it fixed. Keneilwe became very defensive when I explained that I was not happy with my nails.
