Disgusting service

I would like to share what an appalling experience I had at Dream Nails today. I went in for an acrylic soak off, a rather simple treatment, which left me feeling so disappointed with the poor customer service I received. I was spoken to in a very aggressive and rude manner and treated like I had done them a favour by walking into this beauty salon. The two receptionists just sat talking to one of the nail technicians and just ignored pretty much everyone and anyone around them. It came to my attention that the manager and owner were away on leave, clearly this Is a reflection of their poor customer service. I am an English speaker, however can understand Afrikaans. Your staff had decided it was appropriate to discuss me in Afrikaans. What a hugely disappointing reflection of your business and the general level of customer service. I would be incredibly embarrassed with the service level and quality of staff running my business. I will never return nor recommend your store / franchise
