Disgusted!!! DREAM NAILS CRESTA

<p>I made a booking at dream nails in Cresta for 1:30. When arriving on time I was told to wait as the nail technician was still busy with a client, which I totally understand. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked one of the ladies how long it was going to be until I can be helped, she advised me to ask the nail technician. When i asked the nail technician she said that it was still going to be another 10 minutes, I rep**** and thanked her. She and hwr client at that time the proceeded to mock me, by imitating my question to each other. I wish I had never over heard this as I am truly disgusted. As a loyal client of dream nails at clearwater mall I expected the same excellent service at the Cresta branch. I feel one of the ladies could hve kept me informed regarding the waiting time instead of just telling me to sit down and wait. I will NEVER return as my respect for them has been lost. </p>
