disappointed with bad service

On the 31st august 2015 I went to dream nails gateway to have my acrylic overlays soaked off. I reached the store at 6h33 and they close at 7. I asked the lady if I could have them soaked off, she hesitated and enquired with someone else before telling Me it's too late and that I must come tomorrow. She said it will take too long to come off. I am disappointed because I went there previously and usually get good service. My point is there was no other customers and they refused to see to me. The lady was literally standing and doing nothing when I walked in. I work in retail so I finish late as the lady could see I rushed and came in my uniform. To my knowledge if a customer is in your store before closing time it is their responsibility to attend to the customer. It was only a soak off which usually takes half an hour and even if it took 45 min, the staff could not spend 15 min extra rather stand for half an hour doing nothing.
