Bruised While Being Waxed

Casually going for my monthly wax, only to walk out with my left elbow bruised and open. <br> After my boyfriend pointed this out, the lady reached for a random bottle of lotion to put on and then told me it's because I'm \sensitive"... I'm sorry but my other arm seemed perfectly fine. Maybe if she weren't on her phone and paid attention to what she was doing ... or was actually qualified to wax people ... Then my arm would have been perfectly fine. <br> <br> What frustrates me even more is that I went there the next day to inform them that it was still bruised and show them how horrible it looked. Taking time out of my day! Then being told I will be contacted that same day to get my money back for my medical costs ... SURPRISE ... Still no call ...
