BAD SERVICE

I am a regular at Dream Nails, for many years I have had my nails done at the Bayside Mall branch and if I cannot get an appointment then I would opt for Cavendish. Yesterday I went to the Tygervalley branch for the first time as it is closer to work and I couldn't wait until the weekend so that I make to Bayside. Firstly, I received a call from Dream Nails requesting that I move my appointment as there was an overlap. I obviously refused as I had chose the most suitable time for my schedule. Secondly, the crylic was so thick and I watched and compared how I'm used to having my nails done. from what I saw I gathered no proper training was conducted. Thirdly, I was overcharged. For as long as I have done a fill at Dream Nails at most I would pay R270. I was charged R460, for a fill, that's what I pay for a new set of nails. I didn't want to argue and so I left unhappy and extremely dissatisfied. Branches like this really make the brand reflect badly. Never again will I have go to Dream Nails Tygervalley.
