bad service

Good day<br> <br> I walked into dream nails on the 4th of November, enquiring if someone could do a simply soak off of gelish toes. Firstly, the reception I received was very unwelcoming. After one of the girls was asked if they could do it, she had this look on her face like she wasn't interested. Also no one told me where to sit, and when they did the attitude was pathetic<br> <br> Eventually when she did do, she hurt me and wasn't doing a good job. Also while she was waiting on the soak off, she decided to paint her own toe nails.<br> <br> I am very disappointed in your service, since I have been there many times before.<br> <br> If your staff members are not interested in working, then it would be advised to employ ones that are.<br> <br> With the prices you are charging, service should be excellent. Clearly I would not recommend dream nails (Kenilworth Centre) to anyone!<br> <br> <br> <br>
