Bad /little to no customer service

I have been going to Dream Nails Newmarket Park for some time. About a week ago, I spent R450 in getting tips soaked off and an acrylic overlay done. I called the store on the following Monday (9 days later) to complain that the acrylic was chipping off and bubbling and generally looked terrible. The person assisting me telephonically advised that I could come in the following day (I confirmed the time) and was advised that my nails would be fixed for free. When I arrived yesterday for my appointment, I was advised by the receptionist/manager with long blonde hair that she could not find me on the system. I had to tell her several times when I called and that I was not sure who I had spoken to but I got the distinct impression that she thought I was lying. I at this point was so upset by the manner in which I was being spoken to and having to "prove" that what I said was true that I then and there wanted to walk out. Eventually the lady who I had spoken to on the phone was located and she advised the blonde woman that she had told her about my call the previous day (although at this point she seemed to have no recollection of the matter). She then advised me that there was nobody available to assist me to which I rep**** that I had called and arranged to come to have my nails fixed. I again had to tell her what the problem was. She then handed me a pamphlet and said to me well it says at the back of the pamphlet that you only get a seven day guarantee and therefore they could not fix my nails for free as this was the tenth day (as aforesaid, I had called nine days later - the seventh day had been a Saturday). I had never been advised that there was a seven day guarantee previously. I then enquired whether I should have to accept the way my nails looked and have to pay R450 every week? The blatant disregard of the blonde woman of me as a customer and/or the fact that I was not happy with the service I had received was shocking and very upsetting. Eventually my nails were fixed for free (with the blonde woman glaring at me every now and again), however, I was and am still extremely upset by the manner in which I was spoken to and dealt with and dismissed. If the front end staff cannot deal with customers professionally, then they should not be allowed to deal with people on a day to day basis.
