BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Three days before my sisters banquet I took my sister to get her nails done at Dream Nails in cresta. I left her there and went to get a few things done at another place. When I returned she had the most dissapointing look on her face, this was her 1st time getting her nails professionally (supposedly) done. My sister grew her own nails to the length she wanted however, the lady had filed her nails extremely short without her permission by the time my sister noticed it was too late.. She had only put nail polish in the middle of each nail and she when I asked her why she said 'the colour is almost finish'.. The manager who noticed me complaining just kept walking past as if it didn't concern her. I refused to leave the shop until her nails were fixed up.. But the damage was unfixable as the nail polish was painted all over her cuticles which should have been removed I told the lady I will not pay the full R250 she got up, spoke to her manager, returned and told me I could pay R200 At the counter I spoke to the manager who told the staff lady it was wrong of her not to ask before filing and didn't say a word about the messy nails that my sister now had, she went on to say that she will get her head manager to call me for a refund or a redo, it's been almost two weeks and I have not heard a word from dream nails. I took photos of how my sister's nails looked after the lady was finished with it.
