Arrogant lady at front desk and uninformed price increase!!!!!

My husband and I have pedicures every 2 weeks at this salon , the nail techs are brilliant with their services and that's the reason why we always go back but unfortunately after today we will never go back . We were not advised of a " price " increase and when at the pay desk , this arrogant lady ( looked like the owner) rudly asks what we had done and then tallies up the total which was way more than what we normally pay , there is no problem with price increases but inform the customers before they enter the salon!!!! The 2 ladies that are normally there are always friendly but today this arrogant lady just made me never want to go to this salon again.
