Complaint:Standard bank and Dream life

My complaint is as follows: Suppliers name Standard bank and Dream life<br> Nature of complaints, Spam and Passing the buck.<br> My mother Elizabeth Mahanke Id number of *** had policy with standard bank when she tried to make a claim between the 19 and 20th May 2015 thats when she found out that the policy has lapsed.<br> And no one communicated with her with and yet R220.00 is been paid to standard bank account every month since 2012 - 2015 April and the balance was only+-R300 in her bank account and standard bank claim Dream life has been deducting the money.<br> So Elizabeth mahanke needs her money from standard bank and standard bank can deal with dream life as she did not give authority to Standard bank to allow Dream life to deduct, she only gave authority to Standard bank policy .<br> So now she is been sent from pillar to post without the assistance.
