Unprofessional Service and Withheld Deposit

Never use this company as a rental agent. I experienced the principal as very unprofessional. When my rental period came to an end, the landlord fired Dream Life Properties as agents. The principal of Dream Life Properties refuses to pay the tenant's R 15 000 deposit back. The property was sold to a new owner, and I now have a new rental contract with the new owner who does not use Dream Life Properties as his agent. If you decide to use this company as your rental agent, do not pay your deposit to them. It is a fight to get it back.
