If I could give zero stars I would. I Don’t believe a bunch of non convicted ********s deserve a single star.

The principle of the agency runs around with a bible under his arm, but behaves completely *********ly and breaks all best practices in the Realestate industry.

He is inflating my utilities bill *******ly,. One month expecting to pay 6700 Randal for just electricity for two people.

I was forced to get lawyers involved and am now paying my utilities bill into a lawyers trust, to which he is now harrassing me in an attempt to do an ******* eviction.

On top of that, his deliberate breaking of the law, has put my landlord in a position of legal exposure, as the contract he had us sign is written in such a manner that the landlord is the only one exposed legally, and thus he has no issue advising the landlord to do ******* things like cut the water, because he will not feel the reprocussions.

All the other Realestate agencies have warned me to stay away from the guy as they have numerous complaints from their clients that this guy has ripped them off.
