Poor service for a professional salon

Went to the store in Gateway to query for a wash, cut and set. A lady said its R200. I was impressed that it was so cheap. So I went and waited 15 minutes to get assisted. While washing my hair, I was told they do not have anyone in to cut my hair. My hair was already being washed. So I said fine, set my hair then. I cannot be walking around with wet hair. If I was told there was no hair stylist I would not have wasted my time or for my husband to entertain the baby on his own. The lady straightening my hair didn't even do a good job. I had to take the straightener and straighten the bottom ends of my hair again. I still had to pay R150. Which is the price for a wash and set. The salon I usually go to closed down and I was unaware. Which is why I tried a walk-in at dream hair, nails and beauty at gateway.
