Dream Forex/ Tony Invest

am not happy with the service i received from Dream Forex/ Tony Invest. i was informed that you pay R2 500 and you will receive a payment of R21 460 after they have done trading for you as a return of investment. Now that am suppose to get paid out the withdrawal am being blocked on the their whatsapp and they are not responding at all to all my messages. I though they we legitimate only to find out they are also not legitimate at all
