Terrible service or shall I say NO SERVICE

<p>Our wedding was on 2015/11/21 and up to now haven't receive our wedding DVD from Dream DVD. Neither Elanie or Danie answer there phones Elanie made several empty promises to send me my DVD my 1st wedding anniversary is coming up and still NO DVD. I am furious as I paid the full amount of R3600 as well as their accomodation at the venue and even let them be part of our special day and what did I get in return a slap in the face!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would strongly recommed that no one ever make use of their services ever again as it will be money in the water!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I just wish that they can face me and explain to me why they don't want to give me something I paid for in advance/</p>
