Terrible service!
Worst experience ever! Extremely disappointing experience and unfortunately I will never recommend this dress designer! I paid R17 520 in full for my wedding dress and veil after showing the designer photos of exactly what I wanted and after he personally drew the design I agreed to. Despite several fittings and repeatedly explaining what needed to be corrected, the final dress looked nothing like the photos I provided and did not resemble the design he had drawn. I raised my concerns several times, both in person and over the phone, but the necessary changes were still not properly made. To make matters worse, the dress was only sent to me via PostNet two weeks before my wedding instead of being delivered personally with the correct changes. When I opened the package, the dress and veil smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (I do not smoke at all) and were dirty. The dress was still not what I had requested, and very little had been corrected. I paid in full and expected a professionally made wedding dress that matched the agreed design. Instead, I was left with a dress that I could not wear for my wedding and had to urgently find and order another dress from Shein only two weeks before my wedding, with no guarantee that it would arrive in time. This experience caused me an enormous amount of money & unnecessary stress at an already incredibly important and stressful time. I am extremely unhappy with the quality, workmanship, communication and overall service I received. I have requested a full refund because the product delivered was not what was agreed upon and is, in my opinion, nowhere near the value of what I paid. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend you get another dress designer!
