Best Travel Agent Ever!

Charmaine is an absolute super-star! We have been booking flights, cruises etc with her for a few years. One time, my daughter was in trouble in Korea, and, even though not booked via Charmaine, she was assisted with transport etc in the middle of the night! I cannot praise this lady enough! She goes above and beyond what is required. During the COVID crisis, with all our travel plans being cancelled, she has been informative and extremely helpful, assuring that we won't be out of pocket! Kudos - she deserves an award!
