Services paid for and no service rendered

Hi, I purchased an upholstery cleaning voucher using Group-on on 12 Dec 2014, at 10:42 AM and on the 14 Dec they responded to me via email asking for the copy of the voucher to be emailed to them of which i did and till this day the dream clean company has not rendered their services. I have engaged with them on numerous occasions and I spoke to Tanya who told me that they were fully booked and trying to find a day when they will come to my area. She has been quiet since then, never was a time when maybe they tried to make an appointment and I couldn't make it or even contact me to tell me why they have fulfilled their promise. One thing i can say they are an *********** and unprofessional business that cares less about their customers and the service they render. I want my money back and with interest, i'm really mad
