Dream Brides-Kempton Park almost ruined my wedding

Anneke notified me 3/4 days before my wedding on 14.02.2015 that she couldn't get material for my veil although she has been busy with my clothes since November 2014. Since the first time I went for my fitting until the last fitting I lost 10kg. She didn't make ANY changes although she said she did. On Thursday, 2 days before my wedding she phoned saying that the drycleaners didn't wash my dress. She promised that she would deliver my dress and clothes on Friday. Met her at the wimpy in Nigel. I got my dress in n plastic bag, all the other clothes were in one big bag. My brides****'s dress was rolled up in a bundle, couldn't even see it at first. My dress was never at the drycleaners. We had to steam the dress till 10 that night to get the wrinkles out. There were marks on my dress, stitches came loose. We had to do major damage control. Men's shirts were too short, stitches also came loose. Anneke did not even have the decency to pick up her phone or to answer my sms. Even though I had paid her in full, I trusted her. In the beginning she was very helpful. Realise now that it was just to get the order. So much more to tell, not enough words left. Anneke almost ruined my wedding!!!
