I have no idea why nothing has been done after noticing some complaints dating back pre COVID. Needless to say I too can’t get my deposit refund as per law and the vacating tenant left the house in Shambles! I have lodged a case with SAPs the deceit did not end with just a deposit refund, all monies paid across for repair are gone and the owner Mrs Daniella Beirowski had a library of excuses. They are not just *********** but perpetrated a serious crime of *****. I hope this is a warning not to engage with this company ever. The PPRA should be doing something this cannot continue
