Horrible experience at dreadlock World salon in Claremont (Mike)

So yesterday the 14 March 2020 I made an appointment with a guy (Mike) I always use to do my dreads. What I usually do because I work inconvenient shifts is that I will always watsapp Mike and ask if his free I'll never just pop-up and expect him to do my hair.

He mentioned that he was fully booked and I respected that. He came back and asked me what time I'd love to come I mentioned between 7/8 he agreed to 8am in the morning on 15 March 2020.

Ofcause I've used Mike for along time and I'm happy most of the time. Today I've seen the most horrific side of Mike at Dreadlock World Salon in Claremont because I was about 15minutes late. I arrived at the salon and he says "this is not cool" all abruptly and here I still greet him no greeting from him at all.

My lateness was based on a Tyre issue I had to stop at the garage to have it pumped and this through me off a little. Then this guy Mike saves me on his phone using derogatory terms such as "Samantha Never Books and Never Keeps Time Fool". This is the same Mike I speak highly of this is the same Mike I allow to touch my hair.

I can't help but wonder that was it the time thing that ticked Mike off or was it the fact that he didn't want to do hair on a Sunday or was it just a bad day. Usually I'm a very calm person and I don't loose my cool often,but today I just walked away. I felt as if I am a problem when I pay for services rendered.
