DRC and Remedi

I am a member of Remedi, and on the Standard option, and dental cover with Remedi on this option is via DRC, and my communication with Remedi and DRC has been absolutely terrible, contradictory, and inaccurate, despite there being some dental coverage all of my claims have been rejected. And in all my email and telephonic correspondance with both Remedi and DRC, I get given different and incorrect information.
