No Response on Services Provided

Well here goes it. I called the rooms on monday last week and was told to email, that way i would be sent all the details pertaining to diet and facial thread inclusive of prices.That i did immediately after my phone call to Drs rooms. I called again on Wednesday and was told that my email was found and that there are hundreds to be responded to, Certainly i was amazed at this response and thought ok be patient,Once again i received by Friday, so i called again and was met with a rude response and enlightened to the fact that i must wait.My question being just for an information email of services and prices does it take 1 week, and the necessary impoliteness at a Drs Rooms and still no response anyways.
