Beware of this establishment

Please be warned when booking here they take your money even though you dont make use of the service , We booked but cancelled as we have been on contact with Covid positive person intead of being compassionate they charged me R 1 240 even though we didnt stay there. I sent an email to them saying at least keep the deposit and we will come after the isolation period after almost a week NO res****se from them I booked with bookings.com they have not even responded really sad we deal with Covid then riots and now people who want to make money from innocent people I wonder how they would have felt if I went there and the entire staff got infected really sad state of affairs what goes around come around
