Pathetic service delivery

Very bad service delivery from Drakenstein Municipality in Paarl yet it was once named one of the best performing municipalities. This is because advanced neighbourhoods are being serviced but places like Chicago etc are not being serviced properly. The toilets that were built there for people in shacks etc of which it looks so pathetic and filthy smells into the backyard and kitchen of us people who live in proper houses in front of the flats and shacks. This is unacceptable because especially now with covid-19 what is being done with people in such harsh filthy circumstances. It is not just in big cities where there should be worry but especially places like Paarl etc during these times and service delivery should be done better.
