Firstly, the dustbin crew that pick up, whether it rains, shines or is freezing and the guys are all friendly and energetic!

Then, to the power outage repairs team - Calls get answered in 3 rings, even through it is late at night AND then you get a friendly lady on the phone, who understands the emergency of you the customer!

Then a team is scheduled for urgent assistance for a power box which blew with the heavy rains - Time from Call, team out and power back on - 2 hours!

Moved here from Pretoria - This is insane of great the service levels of the Drakenstein Municipality is! This is not just a once off, it is the norm from this municipality!
