Absolutely pathetic service delivery. The fact that these toilets are overflowing and you as a Municipality is not doing anything about this is absolutely unacceptable. You don't come here thinking from Chicago are just whatever and treating the people like *******! Send your people to sort this out because it is absolutely disgusting
