late payments or no payments at all

on the 19th of June 2022 i received a call from Drake international's and the recruitment consultants name who called was , he told me To report to AGS in Midrand the following day at 07h00 to report as a data capture which i did. i spent petrol going there only to find out that Drakes contract with AGS hasnt started and i was to to go back home. so basically i used money going there for nothing cz i ddnt end up working. it happened the second time again and after two weeks we finally started working on the project, i worked for two 2 weeks, so with Drake international South Africa you dont get wages on the 1st week you only start getting payed the second week. so wen i was supposed to get paid for my first week there was a misunderstanding with our TIMESHEET where Drakes payroll paid me without a payslip apparently it was a advance payment whereas i was expecting my weekly wages. so my problem now is they dont want to pay my second week. my hard earned money, wen i call Consultant tells me he still wants to check or i shouldnt give him attitude or he doesnt answer his phone at all. i can and will take this further if its not resolved and quickly because i dont owe drake they owe me
