Terrible Service

Terrible service. Lawyers just seem not to care to do their jobs effectively and take very long with getting anything done. If I had not called them on two occasions insisting they follow up or check on particular documents, the lawyer would not have known paperwork was ready and had already been delivered. Always providing excuses for delays, saying they dont know what's going on or that they sent an email and are waiting. I have never experienced such horrible service and will never recommend them. Furthermore the particular lawyer I engaged with sounds miserable when dealing with her over the phone. Transfer of my property delayed by a few weeks due to lack of urgency and vigilance on the part of the lawyers, which is something I have never experienced before.
