Drainco

I called them last year. Their ad states, no calling fee and charges from R450. Don't be fooled. After waiting 4 HOURS and being told repeatedly that they were on their way everytime I called, telling them it was urgent, they finally arrived. They actually charge per minutes. In the end, they charged me R750 for a blocked drain. Why work fast when you're being paid by the minutes. I asked them to deduct the 4 hours I had to wait, ending up with a flooded bathroom and bedroom. Of course they would never do that. Stay away from Drainco.
