Bad service

This company came out to my premises to unblock a drain for which I was charged R1350 Days later the drain started to make a noise but seemed to eventually drain until I did a load of washing when the drain overflowed On contacting the owner I was dealt within such disrespectful manner & was told he could only send someone out at an extra cost I am not prepared to pay an additional amount after s****ing together the payment As a result till this day the drain is blocked I have been in my house for over 40 years so he mustn’t dictate to me the do’s & don’t I was told by another plumber that they probably only opened a crack & didn’t clear the actual blockage I would definitely not recommend this company
