BAD SERVICE

Called them out to do a job b asked upfront about fees was told im not sure got a bill for1490 and job still not done called the manager was told its labour yes they came in at 8.58 but didn't do a full 2 hours job as it was not fixable as they could not get the fault. I called the Manager to say i don't mind paying the 750 for labour but why 450 for drain still blocked. They picked up it wasnt fixable but delayed time to overcharge absolutely ridiculous
