Ask for costs upfront!

Double check their fee's before asking them to come out. Their website states that they dont charge a call out fee, yet they will charge you a "fault fee" of R450 - even if there is apparently no fault?

The team were unpresentable on arrival, didnt know what they were doing (as they had to phone somebody for advise) - messy car, messy appearance.
