Dear Leila, Thank you for your text message and written reply above, I accept your apology on behalf of the holding company / franchise. I would be prepared to give Drain Ratz a second chance in the future as you have demonstrated goodwill. I also accept your information given to me that contractors are affiliated under your brand and act independently, You further explained there is an internal review and as such purge any bad apples. You further stated the contractor in this instance would be monitored for further transgressions.
