Poor Plumbing Workmanship with No warranty on installed parts

On January 2025, I hired Drain Lema (Drain Vaal) to supply and install a 5000L water tank and pump system at my residence in Vanderbijlpark. The installation was completed on 22 January 2025. Shortly afterward, issues began to surface, firstly had to call them back to repair a skew feed-in pipe, thereafter a faulty inlet valve (causing overflow), and repeated tank leakage. Despite the installation being less than three months old, I was charged R974 for the valve replacement. I disputed the fee, believing the repair should fall under warranty. I ultimately paid only for parts and labour. On 26 April, a week after they repaired the inlet the tank leaked again, flooding my back yard. The business owner responded rudely and later issued a new quote of R1350, demanding full payment upfront. When I objected and requested urgent resolution, he rep****, “See you in court.” As of today, 16th of May 2025 , the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct from Drain Lema (Drain Vaal).
