Shocked when the bill comes after receiving a quote...

Yes they did the job and I thank them for that but everything that followed was shocking.

I was quoted R1000 excl vat to do the job. Then days later I receive an invoice for R2228.13

So what happened: they used my water (which bill I still need to get) to fill up their tank. My water pressure is super slow hence them being there for 2 hours. They only physically worked for 30min. While waiting they are talking and smoking on and chilling. No where anyone said I will pay more.

Then the worst of all is the audacity of the foreman. When they are done he's on a 15min phone call with his office sorting out some discrepancy, I'm waiting to give him my details where they can send me the bill. I see on the invoice they charged me 2.25 hours which obviously includes this guys phone call time.

I mailed them and asked if this was fair or right but they rep**** by simply saying they charge R850p/h and that was the time they were here.

Shocking! I will definitely not use them ever of recommend them.
