Poor Poor Service

On the 16/02/2018 I phone my Insurance company to advice that I have a block drain.

The Lady at the Insurance company advice that they will send the Drain Busters team out to assist with the problem.

On the arriving the young man started with the unblocking of the drain. He noted on the left side that the drain by the tape was block as well, yet nothing was done was done on that drain.

He started using the plumbing tool, he inserted the drain rod into the pipe. When he was pulling the rod out nothing was attached to it. He did not check at the man hole if there was any water flowing through the pipes. He said that everything was in order. The man hole was left open so that was a danger for my pets and children.

On the 21/02/2018 I noticed that water was streaming out of the inspection eye. Again I phoned my Insurance company and they told me that they will send out 1 STOP Plumbing.

The new guy (1 STOP PLUMBING) used the machine and pulled out the drain rod and there were roots and stuff stuck to it. He also unblocked another drain which the first guy noticed but never repaired, he also made sure that the water was flowing fluently through the pipes at the manhole an closed it after inspection.

I phoned the Drain Buster company and the CEO answered the phone,and I told him that I was unhappy with the service provided by his own recruits,he asked why I never phoned him about it and why I phoned my Insurance company. I felt that I should call the insurance company so they could send out someone who can assist me with the needed assistance. the CEO hung up in my ear. i feel that if they had done their job correctly like 1 STOP PLUMBING and that my mother (who is a pensioner)had to pay the exact amount of R570 (2nd hours labor. I would've been willing to pay the extra amount if Drain Busters had done their job correctly,and I feel that they should pay the amount of R570 to my mother,because the didn't do their job.
